FAQ's

The vast majority of our product offering will always be available on our website. From time to time, we may have exclusive offerings with select retail partners outside of our website. Those products would only be available at those specific retailer’s locations and/or web sites.
Our products are hand made at the time of order. We do not hold vast amounts of stock tying up capital, Thus allowing us to continue providing competitive pricing.
Urban Print Studio Leverages a strong distribution network and our customers will benefit from a top tier customer service and fast-shipping.
When you order from our website you will have the option to create an account. You can use this account to view and track your order. If there is a problem with your order, we will typically email you with updates.
For Returns & Refunds please contact our customer care team with your order number and details. They will be able to assist you with any return details.
Returns will generally only be given for items that are damaged or "Not As Described".

  1. We can only use High Resolution Images, as they will expand in size once printed. A minimum of 300 Dpi is recommended for the resolution (3000px x 3000px)
  2. Avoid using dark images or images with lots of background elements.
  3. Ensure your Image has a transparent background, for example a .PNG file type. If submit a Jpeg file it will be printed with a white background.
  4. We will not edit or otherwise make corrections to any file submitted so you must ensure you send the correct file type.
  5. We will email a mock-up of the T-shirt prior to printing for you to see and approve.
  6. We WILL NOT print anything that contains nudity, Profanity or anything otherwise considered to be offensive content.
  7. Please note that once ordered, we cannot edit or make modifications to the design... It is also important to know custom designs cannot be returned.
